Agencies are widely used in banking recruitment as it would lessen the need of interviewing candidates and save time for the companies. The agencies will match candidates that may be suitable for the particular banking job depending on the client’s preference. This is also an advantage to job seekers, as if you will not qualify for 1 banking job, the agency may shortlist you for other banking jobs available in other companies. You are not limited to only 1 company.
Although some want to apply directly to the company so that they will have a direct contact with the recruitment.
