The banking sector is one of the areas of business where reputation says everything. Anybody who has done wrong in the workplace would probably never get into a job within the banking industry again, in the same capacity or in a higher position. Why, well these businesses are the most critical of their people and anybody who isn’t trustworthy cannot be trusted to handle of all the things the money of other people(would you trust somebody that is such).
Banks screen employees and always surely hire from within only getting people from the outside for specialized jobs. Extensive security and background checks are done to ensure they can trust you to do their business without incident. With the banking sector being one of the pioneers of the internet and computers, they can find anything about anybody (or at least they know somebody who can do it for them).
